Obtain and support the most suitable Sika admixture for customers such as ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and precast producers. Approve new and existing customers to drive sales growth, align product development to customer requirements, and create mix designs or—if needed—modify admixture formulations. Conduct laboratory testing on concrete, aggregates, and cement; record and certify results; troubleshoot complaints; and provide on-site technical support with product demonstrations and trial support for the sales team.
