Claims Specialist - Property & Engineering

Handle single and multi-party property and engineering claims with moderate complexity within defined authority limits. Own the end-to-end claims process—documenting files, gathering facts to determine liability and policy coverage, setting and reviewing reserves, and negotiating settlements. Ensure quality, customer-focused communication, legal compliance, and confidentiality. Coordinate with subrogation and fraud teams, support litigation management, and provide risk insights and trends to stakeholders.
