Key Responsibilities

  • •Document claims files by accurately capturing and updating claims data and information.
  • •Gather and analyze facts to determine liability and policy coverage, and develop case strategy for timely resolutions.
  • •Establish timely reserves and perform ongoing reserve review throughout the claims cycle within authority limits.
  • •Negotiate settlements using an appropriate negotiation strategy while assessing damages.
  • •Ensure quality, customer service, legal compliance, confidentiality, and coordinate with subrogation and fraud teams as needed.
