Job Summary

Lead the Outbound Large Pack team to run a safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient logistics operation. Set priorities, delegate tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive performance against delivery reliability, cycle time, and cost targets. Coach and develop a team of ~15 FTE, ensure HR&O execution, and initiate Lean improvements (including 5S+1) and cross-sector logistics projects for ASML’s Veldhoven factories.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe working environment for the Large Pack team.
•Secure required quality and implement improvement plans for the department.
•Lead the team to meet delivery reliability, cycle time, and cost targets; solve problems and report performance vs. targets.
•Organize supporting processes and infrastructure to enable timely logistics execution.
•Coach and develop team members, manage staffing and HR&O execution, and drive continuous improvement/Lean projects (including 5S+1).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years in a leading position within warehouse logistics or comparable logistics functions.
•Knowledge of warehousing and supporting processes for logistics execution.
•SAP ECC/EWM knowledge.
•Experience organizing, developing, and coaching teams.
•Strong capability in continuous process improvement and problem analysis with feasibility/impact assessment.
