Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe working environment for the Large Pack team.
  • •Secure required quality and implement improvement plans for the department.
  • •Lead the team to meet delivery reliability, cycle time, and cost targets; solve problems and report performance vs. targets.
  • •Organize supporting processes and infrastructure to enable timely logistics execution.
  • •Coach and develop team members, manage staffing and HR&O execution, and drive continuous improvement/Lean projects (including 5S+1).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years in a leading position within warehouse logistics or comparable logistics functions.
  • •Knowledge of warehousing and supporting processes for logistics execution.
  • •SAP ECC/EWM knowledge.
  • •Experience organizing, developing, and coaching teams.
  • •Strong capability in continuous process improvement and problem analysis with feasibility/impact assessment.
