Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and refine end-to-end portfolio strategies to improve KPIs including acquisition, activation, usage, spend per active, retention, and ROI.
  • •Diagnose performance drivers and recommend segment-level lifecycle interventions by stage.
  • •Design onboarding and engagement journeys and define A/B and multivariate test plans to drive first-use and long-term engagement.
  • •Translate portfolio objectives into campaign strategies including offer constructs, eligibility, targeting rules, suppression logic, and measurement frameworks.
  • •Support analytics and forecasting (propensity, uplift, CLV, attrition, spend elasticities) and deliver executive-ready documentation and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 7+ with an Advanced degree, or 3+ with a PhD).
  • •8-12 years in cards/payments, banking, or consulting with hands-on ownership of cards portfolio optimization, lifecycle programs, and campaign management.
  • •2-4 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience with offer optimization, rewards strategy, merchant-funded offers, and partnerships.
  • •Strong credit/debit card economics understanding and familiarity with industry rules, compliance, data privacy, and fair marketing practices.
