Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate and appraise highly complex auto physical damage claims using digital tools in line with contract terms, company guidelines, and state laws and regulations.
•Investigate claim damages by coordinating with insureds, internal claims adjusters, and third-party vendors, including possible face-to-face interactions.
•Review facts of loss and vehicle damage to identify subrogation opportunities and ensure required physical damage documentation is included.
•Maintain accurate, current claim file documentation and manage desk workflows to support timely, accurate claims adjudication.
•Review claims/suppliers for fraud indicators and refer to the Special Investigations Unit when applicable; support CAT response and escalated disputes as needed.

•2 years of auto appraising experience.
•Proficient knowledge of P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, auto parts distribution process, and claim appraisal processes.
•Advanced working knowledge of estimating losses using CCC or similar estimating platforms.
•Acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
