Job Summary

Serve as an onsite Control System Field Service Engineer for the Turbomachinery & Process Solutions product line, leading installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and start-up activities at customer sites. Provide technical direction to internal teams and skilled labor, oversee control panels and control sequencing for rotating equipment, and manage accurate technical documentation and customer/internal briefing reports. Support internal training and compliance while building expertise through NPI-focused development.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
•Oversee, troubleshoot, and support start-up of control panels and control sequencing for rotating and auxiliary systems.
•Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and daily/weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
•Ensure internal training, compliance, and quality documentation are updated, followed, and completed per company standards.
•Act as the onsite expert, leading installation and maintenance activities and working with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe, compliant installations.

Key Requirements

•Have an Engineering degree or a high school diploma and good experience in a control systems role in an energy or oil and gas environment.
•Working knowledge of control systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance, including experience with DLN/DLE mapping.
•Strong awareness of gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, or steam turbines and their auxiliaries, with a customer service mindset.
•Have a desire to improve technical ability and knowledge on NPI (New Product Introduction) through dedicated training.
•Excellent command of verbal and written English and Italian, and hold an EU Passport or a European work permit.
