Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
  • •Oversee, troubleshoot, and support start-up of control panels and control sequencing for rotating and auxiliary systems.
  • •Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and daily/weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • •Ensure internal training, compliance, and quality documentation are updated, followed, and completed per company standards.
  • •Act as the onsite expert, leading installation and maintenance activities and working with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe, compliant installations.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an Engineering degree or a high school diploma and good experience in a control systems role in an energy or oil and gas environment.
  • •Working knowledge of control systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance, including experience with DLN/DLE mapping.
  • •Strong awareness of gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, or steam turbines and their auxiliaries, with a customer service mindset.
  • •Have a desire to improve technical ability and knowledge on NPI (New Product Introduction) through dedicated training.
  • •Excellent command of verbal and written English and Italian, and hold an EU Passport or a European work permit.
