Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technical due diligence assignments for investors, lenders, and developers across transportation infrastructure assets.
  • •Oversee assessments of asset condition, operations, lifecycle performance, and demand/traffic/revenue assumptions, including capacity utilisation.
  • •Provide strategic advisory on PPP/PFI concession and contract structures, investment cases, business plans, valuation inputs, and risk identification, mitigation, and sensitivity analysis.
  • •Deliver technical and commercial inputs into bids and pursuits, strengthening proposals with robust asset and demand insights.
  • •Participate in international engagements, including site visits and stakeholder meetings where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure advisory, delivered across roads/highways/toll concessions, rail/metro systems, and/or airports/ports/logistics assets.
  • •Proven track record in technical due diligence, PPP advisory, or transaction support for infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong understanding of demand modelling (traffic/passenger/freight), concession agreements/regulatory frameworks, and O&M/lifecycle asset management.
  • •Ability to work on complex, multi-disciplinary assignments and translate technical findings into commercial insights.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset to operate across sectors and geographies.
