Join Northern Trust’s AML Centre of Excellence in Guernsey. You’ll contribute to Ireland Investor AML Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring teams, handling AML verification, risk assessment, and ongoing investor screening. Collaborate across EMEA with Transfer Agency and Client Services, deliver compliant onboarding and monitoring, and drive operational improvements in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver AML onboarding for investors, performing verification and initial due diligence documentation gathering
•Monitor investors continuously through overnight screening and related parties activity, as part of Ongoing Monitoring
•Conduct transaction monitoring of investment activity and periodic reviews to ensure documentation remains current
•Collaborate with Northern Trust Transfer Agency and Client Services across EMEA to maintain robust AML standards
•Research issues and drive operational improvements to enhance AML processes and controls

Key Requirements

•Organised and deadline-driven with the ability to manage large projects
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
•Excellent organisational and communication skills with experience in managing large projects
•Experience in risk management, compliance, process improvement, or research relevant to AML
•Knowledge of the wider fund administration or investor services space is advantageous
