Job Summary

Prepare, review, and analyze complex regulatory and financial reports for U.S. banking and insurance requirements, including FR Y-series and FFIEC filings. Contribute to end-to-end delivery processes, draft technical disclosures and memos, and perform internal control-related improvements and data/control testing. Partner across the enterprise to ensure accurate inputs, monitor changes to reporting requirements, and provide advisory support and peer mentoring within the Holding Company & Subsidiary Regulatory Reporting team.

•Develop and implement processes to support end-to-end delivery of complex financial and regulatory reporting, including Bank Holding Company, Enterprise GAAP, and related STAT and investment reporting.
•Prepare and review complex financial and regulatory reports, audited statements, and support schedules.
•Apply professional skepticism to interpret financial and regulatory information and provide proactive analysis and business insights for decision-making.
•Perform procedures that identify and implement improvements aligned with internal controls over financial reporting.
•Monitor, analyze, and interpret changes to financial reporting requirements and advise management and stakeholders on impacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,770 - 179,240 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.

•Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
•Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
•4 years of experience conducting research and preparing business and operational financial analysis.
