Key Responsibilities

  • •Support short- and long-term strategic plans for high-potential clients aligned with Visa’s growth and profitability objectives.
  • •Develop deep understanding of clients’ banking/financial services industry strategy and recommend actions to strengthen partnerships and client business.
  • •Create quarterly performance reports and recurring business intelligence reports (e.g., portfolio analysis, revenues, product type, e-commerce, domestic vs. international).
  • •Lead incentive payment processing and maintain client incentive tracking mechanisms, including incentive use reports for client presentations.
  • •Support Dynamics updates and manage client engagement survey/campaign reporting and follow-ups, including quarterly client newsletters and related internal information requests.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
  • •3+ years of work experience (or 2+ years with an advanced degree), preferably in business development, sales support, finance, data analytics, or an equivalent combination.
  • •Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Spanish.
  • •Payments industry or consumer banking experience is desired.
  • •Customer service-focused, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
