Job Summary

Manage cross-technology managed services at L2 by proactively monitoring clients’ IT infrastructure, handling incidents and requests within SLAs, and keeping tickets updated. Investigate and log issues before escalation, audit tickets for quality, and execute controlled changes with risk mitigation and documentation. Collaborate with L1 engineers and clients, support automation opportunities, and assist with disaster recovery functions and tests as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore services.
•Manage work queues and address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, updating tickets with actions taken.
•Execute changes with risk mitigation and support change management with detailed documentation.
•Audit incident and request tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and identify opportunities for automation.
•Handle client escalations professionally and support disaster recovery functions and tests when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Ability to plan activities and projects while accounting for changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
