Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and troubleshoot phones and network connectivity for customers in the NCR.
  • •Plan network installations using manuals and technical specifications.
  • •Document adds, moves, and changes to system configuration using client documentation standards.
  • •Terminate and test new cables; test circuits and components to isolate malfunctioning systems.
  • •Configure, deploy, and install phone firmware; coordinate equipment/material staging and returns with the VoIP team and engineers using Remedy and warehouse processes.
