Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise construction and installation activities for wet and dry utility networks.
  • •Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards.
  • •Review and provide recommendations on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
  • •Conduct site inspections, monitor contractor performance, verify quantities and construction progress, and resolve technical issues.
  • •Witness testing, commissioning, and handover; support QA/QC procedures and HSE compliance while coordinating stakeholders and supporting the Resident Engineer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure design and/or construction supervision.
  • •Demonstrated experience supervising both wet utilities (water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater) and dry utilities (power, street lighting, telecom, ICT).
  • •Experience on large-scale infrastructure, master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, or public realm projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant utility authority requirements, with mandatory UAE/GCC project experience.
