Finance Coordinator

Manage an assigned segment of accounts by maintaining accurate records of open items and communicating professionally with internal and external customers about invoice status and payments. You’ll track and aim to meet weekly and monthly collections benchmarks, confirm receipt of high-value invoices, and help resolve outstanding issues using supporting documentation. The role also includes processing payments (credit card and ACH), handling account statements and related workflows, and coordinating collection communications.
