Job Summary

Support RBW in risk and control, risk governance, risk advisory, and policy implementation within HASE Business Risk and Resilience under the COO. Lead a data, technology, and information security risk focus by identifying, assessing, and mitigating key risks, while partnering with HK-based SMEs and engaging stakeholders across RBW Product Heads and the COO/CIO Office. Manage high-volume, fast-paced priorities, emerging issues, and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Support RBW on Risk & Control, Risk Governance, Risk Advisory, and Policy Implementation.
•Provide data, technology, and information security risk focus, including line-of-business risk management support or steering.
•Collaborate with stakeholders including RBW Product Heads and COO/CIO Office colleagues.
•Engage in high-volume, fast-paced activities managing shifting priorities, emerging issues, and incidents.

Key Requirements

•Degree-qualified with experience in banking or financial services and a demonstrated track record in risk and control management.
•Strong expertise in data, technology, and information security risk, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating key risks.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, translating complex concepts for varied audiences.
•High ownership mindset with sound judgement, strong decision-making, and well-developed critical thinking.
•Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
