Support R&D programs that deliver customer-valued solutions and drive profitable growth through research, applications development, materials enhancements, and cost-out initiatives. •Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve technical challenges and support sustained solution ownership.
•Contribute to critical-to-quality specifications by authoring technical specifications and supporting waivers.
•Plan, execute, and analyze production trials using Design of Experiments, Lean, and statistical analysis; document and report work.
