Job Summary

Lead the Cloud Architecture and AI Solutions strategy for WPP’s Tech & AI Consulting practice across North America—driving repeatable offerings, reusable solution frameworks, and measurable delivery improvements. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guide end-to-end consulting engagements, and provide hands-on leadership for MarTech/AdTech solutions. Build and scale a high-performing team, set architectural standards and KPIs, and support growth through vendor partnerships, proposal leadership, and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Cloud Architecture and AI Solutions strategy for the Tech & AI Consulting NA practice, aligning to business objectives and providing thought leadership on emerging cloud technologies.
•Establish and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices, define KPIs, and drive operational excellence across practice delivery.
•Serve as trusted advisor to clients by shaping target architectures and implementation roadmaps, and lead complex consulting engagements end-to-end.
•Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud Architecture and AI Solutions consultants, attracting and retaining top talent.
•Drive business development support through proposal leadership, client presentations, and networking with sales and decision-makers to expand pipeline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years leading cloud architecture and/or technology consulting practices, including strategy, delivery governance, and talent leadership.
•Deep knowledge of modern cloud and data architectures (e.g., landing zones, network/security patterns, IAM, observability, CI/CD, lakehouse/warehouse patterns, and real-time/streaming where relevant).
•Experience designing and operationalizing AI solutions, including applied ML/GenAI and agentic patterns, with risk, governance, and responsible AI understanding.
•Proven ability to set architectural standards, build reusable accelerators, and improve delivery consistency and quality.
•Strong executive communication skills to translate technical architecture into business outcomes.
