Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with new business officers, relationship managers, client consultants, and client service managers to establish conversion timelines.
  • •Educate clients and business partners on the conversion process and coordinate conversion across internal departments.
  • •Create and customize step-by-step transition plans with tasks, due dates, and pre- to post-conversion reconciliation checkpoints.
  • •Collect data from prior custodians and relevant stakeholders and update systems accordingly; set up accounts and maintain required documentation.
  • •Serve as risk-aware backup support for Global Custody Services leadership and assist with compliance and internal reporting as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Preferred 4 years of experience as a Global Custody Conversion Specialist or in the financial services industry.
  • •Proven excellent customer service skills with a service-focused, exceptional customer experience mindset.
  • •Proven strong written and verbal communication skills for representing the Bank to internal and external clients.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and detail/analytical skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
