Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and manage deep UHNW client relationships, serving as their central point of contact and helping them navigate their complex financial needs.
•Develop referrals and leads from internal and external sources including centers of influence working with UHNW clients.
•Work with a team of experts to develop and implement customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients.
•Orchestrate specialists to provide holistic financial services including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
•Develop tailored meeting agendas and presentations with proactive, targeted advice and a relationship timeline to fulfill client goals in the short, medium and long term.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 236,555 - 414,115 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of industry experience, including relationship management, portfolio management, and/or sales with UHNW clients.
•Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics; MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.
•CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, or CFM certification preferred.
•FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Insurance licenses required for the position.
•Strong negotiation, leadership and sales skills with proven ability to develop client and prospect relationships.
