Reconciliation Specialist with German

Own day-to-day reconciliation for customer accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland within the Credit and Collections team. Match payments, credit notes, and deductions, analyze account discrepancies, and resolve issues directly with customers. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring problems, collaborate with Cash Collection/Cash Application/Dispute/Sales/Rebates, and support continuous process improvements. Work remotely after initial training with Warsaw office access.
