Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management (or demonstrated equivalency) plus 6 years of related experience.
  • •Superintendent or Construction Manager with 8–10 years managing new construction, reconstruction, and renovation, including MEP upgrades.
  • •Experience with general contractor contracts in New York City.
  • •Projects experience in active healthcare facilities.
  • •Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
