Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring materials are properly stored and labeled.
  • •Receive incoming shipments, verify against purchase orders, inspect for damage/discrepancies, and process receiving activities in NetSuite.
  • •Manage kitting for the field service team, execute supplier pickups/returns, and handle warranty-related RMAs and vendor returns/credits.
  • •Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory records, keeping real-time inventory data reflected in the ERP system.
  • •Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite and manage material runs plus garbage/recycling drop-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to operate a forklift.
