Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the definition of business service model scope and governance processes, including SLAs, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting.
  • •Support design of EMEA target-state business architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model) in collaboration with EMEA departments and other regions.
  • •Develop and maintain current-state business architecture at a level of detail sufficient to inform target-state design and roadmap development.
  • •Orchestrate and coordinate work across regions and functions to enable target-state architecture delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk to create holistic target-state designs encompassing business, technical, and data architecture aligned to SMBC EMEA business strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience defining service governance, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting, including desirable experience with service management tools.
  • •Experience designing organisation-wide, multi-entity target-state business architecture aligned with macro business strategy.
  • •Experience gathering requirements and creating business process designs to support lower-level design and delivery.
  • •Evidence of strategic thinking, including the ability to influence business strategy and create transformation strategies and target-state architectures in financial services (ideally wholesale/universal banks).
  • •Proven stakeholder management skills, including influencing to resolve conflicting priorities in ambiguous environments.
