Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring across Product and Engineering in a high-growth environment.
  • •Proven success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent across roles such as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design.
  • •Experience recruiting across international or global markets is a plus.
  • •Ability to take a consultative, data-informed approach and influence hiring managers while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
