Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute SoC- and system-level feature enablement and validation test plans across AMD Server products.
  • •Build post-silicon validation infrastructure including software, hardware, automation environment, and lab setup.
  • •Test interactions between various SoC features using the validation infrastructure.
  • •Debug and drive root-cause analysis for SoC-related issues.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to develop tools that improve SoC validation and debug.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or comparable disciplines.
  • •Experience developing and executing validation methodologies, test plans, and test development for SoC and system-level features.
  • •Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, or Perl.
  • •Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills at both SoC and system level, including participation in silicon bring-up and debug.
  • •Working knowledge of server OSes (Linux, Windows) and lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
