Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an individual contributor on the macOS platform engineering team, driving secure, scalable, high-quality outcomes.
•Design, build, and maintain macOS endpoint management capabilities in Jamf Cloud across device lifecycle, provisioning, patching, software delivery, and compliance.
•Develop automation, packaging, and deployment workflows (including scripting and configuration profiles) to improve scale and reduce manual effort.
•Ensure platform reliability and performance through proactive monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
•Maintain runbooks and documentation while evaluating new tools/approaches and recommending improvements to platform capability and user experience.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
•3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree).
•4+ years of progressive endpoint/client platform engineering with deep macOS ecosystem expertise.
•Hands-on experience with Jamf Cloud and Intune for device management and lifecycle operations.
•Proficiency in packaging, scripting, and deployment automation using Jamf (e.g., Bash/shell scripting).
