Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and perform work outlined on the repair order efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose causes of malfunctions, perform repairs, and examine vehicles to determine any additional required safety or service work.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty work when required or requested.
  • •Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician, and keep vehicles from being used for personal errands.
  • •Supervise assigned apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training, follow safety policies, and document work performed.

Key Requirements
