Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront, managing project setup, templates, intake forms, routing, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
  • •Define and implement end-to-end marketing project management processes in Workfront.
  • •Manage and optimize marketing workflows to ensure they are clear, scalable, efficient, and aligned to business priorities.
  • •Partner with marketing, creative, digital, operations, compliance, and technology teams to align Workfront usage and improve execution.
  • •Develop and maintain Workfront reporting and dashboards, drive continuous improvement, and train/support users on best practices and workflow compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, process management, or a related marketing technology role.
  • •3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront (including Fusion) in a marketing or creative operations environment.
  • •Experience designing, documenting, and improving business processes and workflows.
  • •Experience with marketing operations, campaign execution, creative workflows, and intake-to-delivery processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
