People and Operations Associate

Support people operations and day-to-day operations as Kapa scales. Own onboarding and culture initiatives (including candidate relationships and hiring support), handle accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing inquiries, and take responsibility for the Copenhagen office and the internal wiki/tools. Organize offsites/on-sites and events across in-person, hybrid, and remote setups. Research and implement processes and tools to make the team faster and better, plus help with ad hoc high-impact missions.
