Job Summary

Coordinate supplier incentive rebate (“Spiff”) program administration with the Program Management and AVI-SPL Sales teams. You’ll assist with supplier registration requests, relay submittal information, and manage daily and monthly workflows such as receiving credit payments and completing monthly filings. Track unpaid Spiff claims with partners and accounting, and follow up with suppliers on pending registrations while supporting special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Program Management team with incoming supplier registration requests on behalf of the Sales team.
•Submit registration requests to suppliers and relay submittal information to the Sales team.
•Receive and manage daily credits and complete monthly Spiff filings in support of supplier programs.
•Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and the accounting department on unpaid Spiff claims within thirty days of filing.
•Follow up with suppliers on pending registrations and assist with special projects as requested by SVP Global Procurement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
•1–2 years’ experience in procurement in a related field (Construction, Audiovisual, Telecommunications) is preferred.
•General knowledge of Operations and Procurement functions.
•Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities and meet deadlines.
•Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and attention to detail.
