Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and make customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and related products, including checking, deposit products, certificates of deposit, home equity, and unsecured lending.
  • •Build new client acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients through consultative conversations, referrals, and partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity and sales/outcome goals using lead lists, walk-ins, prospecting, networking, and scheduled appointments.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
