Job Summary

Own and drive a subset of Systems Engineering scope for the XBR program as the product owner. Define, prioritize, and execute team task plans, elicit and document product requirements, and create and maintain a product roadmap with milestones and future delivery paths. Partner with XBR SW and SE teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, and participate in PI planning within a scaled Agile framework while managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for the team, defining, prioritizing, and executing task plans.
•Partner with XBR SW and SE development teams to ensure on-time delivery and escalate concerns as needed to XBR IPT and CPT.
•Prioritize tasks based on customer feedback and technical feasibility to focus on high-priority items.
•Elicit and document product requirements to provide clear guidance for development teams.
•Create and maintain a product roadmap and participate in PI planning, including sprint planning and coordination of cross-team dependencies.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in systems technology, including systems analysis and/or requirements and technical development.
•Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.
•Familiarity with radar capability domains such as Discrimination and Classification, Tracking, Electronic Protection, or Signal Processing development.
•Proficiency in engineering tools such as MATLAB.
