Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate bakery processing equipment to produce product within Quality Assurance guidelines and quality standards.
  • •Properly mix ingredients; monitor temperature/moisture and remove improperly formed or overlapped product.
  • •Operate and shut down processing equipment per procedures, including changeovers and preventative maintenance.
  • •Communicate/escalate quality issues and monitor for possible foreign matter.
  • •Follow sanitation, safety, and housekeeping/5S practices; track and dispose of waste; move raw ingredients using forklift and/or pallet jack.
