Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operational delivery to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards.
  • •Manage subcontractors and monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Carry out site audits covering health and safety, quality, FFF, and customer service, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and downtime.
  • •Monitor daily workloads and productivity across trades, troubleshoot operational issues, and keep works on track.
  • •Work closely with the Delivery Manager on performance management and sickness/holiday cover while self-scheduling void delivery and move-ins.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a repairs and maintenance supervisor within a housing environment, with a proven track record delivering maintenance services.
  • •Experience with contract management and working with Schedules of Rates is desirable.
  • •A good understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and British Standards.
  • •Experience with health and safety processes including Permit to Work, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
  • •Ideally holds an HNC or equivalent (or relevant experience) plus a Level 2 qualification such as an NVQ in a maintenance trade; strong leadership, communication, IT, and customer service skills.
