Job Summary

Lead production support and delivery for MuleSoft-based API and integration platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and security across multiple environments. Monitor platform health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK; analyze logs to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency. Support deployments, upgrades, and automation initiatives, maintain KRIs/KPIs and documentation, and partner with IT, Product, and Business teams to resolve integration issues and meet regulatory standards.

•Review processes and metrics to improve operational effectiveness and develop solution approaches that improve business outcomes.
•Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across multiple environments, including configuration, deployment, maintenance, and platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
•Provide Level 2 production support for MuleSoft-related incidents, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore reliability.
•Monitor platform health/performance/usage, analyzing system logs and performance data to identify recurring issues and recommend stability and efficiency improvements.
•Capture and maintain KRIs/KPIs and comprehensive documentation; collaborate with IT, Product, and Business teams to define problem statements and address integration opportunities.
•Execute MuleSoft application deployments and manage environment promotion processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in IT operations, application support, or enterprise integration platforms, including production support and incident management.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required.
•3+ years hands-on supporting API and integration platforms, including MuleSoft or similar technologies.
•Experience with API technologies, integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures.
•Knowledge of API security concepts (authentication, authorization, secure deployment) and incident response/root cause analysis in an L2+ model.
