Manager, Interview Operations & Experience

Lead and mentor a team that manages the end-to-end interview experience, including interview scheduling and candidate communications. Own process excellence by improving workflows, standardizing guidelines across business units, and building playbooks/SOPs for complex scenarios. Partner with recruiting, facilities, and travel teams to deliver a seamless, inclusive experience across NBCU locations, while monitoring interview data to drive continuous improvements and reporting.
