Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding and logistics.
  • •Support account start-up and coordinate with sales to ensure required documentation for SOPs is provided.
  • •Monitor and audit files weekly for compliance of estimate input, profit margin setting, and timely invoicing.
  • •Handle client day-to-day requests for export/import documentation and provide complete flight/sailing details.
  • •Liaise with airlines/ocean lines and DPW internal network/external partner agents; respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate coverage during workflow overload.
