Senior Applied Scientist - Agentic AI (all genders)

Build and scale agentic AI systems and large language models for Customer Care Technology, turning ambiguous business problems into structured research plans that reach production. You’ll design, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLM applications for high-volume customer self-service, own production model performance and monitoring, and establish best practices for reproducible research. Collaborate closely with data engineers, software engineers, analysts, and product managers, while mentoring junior applied scientists.
