Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments.
  • •Expertise in Linux plus AWS Cloud and identity/network-related technologies such as LDAP, SSSD, PAM, and identity management.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments with strong analytical and diagnostic skills, including root-cause analysis.
  • •Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering (or equivalent) and a minimum of 4 years of experience.
