Job Summary

Work as a Field Engineer partner between on-site teams and customers, leading crew activities to install, maintain, and start equipment properly while exceeding jobsite expectations. Through a LEAD Emerging Talent Program (about 36 months), you’ll deploy tools and services, solve complex technical problems hands-on at the rig site, manage equipment logistics to/from well sites, and support tenders with analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing.

•Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.

•Prepare, document, and receive outbound and inbound equipment and products, including movements to and from the well site.
•Provide support for tenders, including data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities.
•Engage in job shadowing to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Key Requirements

•Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields) or similar within the last 12 months.

•Legally entitled to work in the country applied for without company sponsorship or time restriction.
•Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, and data analysis/project management abilities.
