Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn Natera products, services, processes, policies, key internal teams, and competitors’ offerings, plus the payer/reimbursement landscape in the territory.
  • •Identify and build trust with key opinion leaders, hospitals, clinics, and physicians appropriate for Natera’s oncology diagnostics.
  • •Call on oncologists and other medical personnel to provide product information to support sales.
  • •Drive sales opportunities by influencing physicians, key opinion leaders, hospitals, and clinics, and owning sales of oncology diagnostics within the assigned territory.
  • •Monitor, document, and report business performance, challenges, and new opportunities; escalate unresolved issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of oncology experience, or an associate degree and 7 years of oncology experience.
  • •Knowledge of the local oncology market.
  • •Knowledge of oncology molecular diagnostics and personalized medicine.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively in teams.
  • •Previous oncology clinical experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Oncology Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, Research Nurse), including active oncology clinical nursing experience.
