Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide new product introduction support from pre-concept through EOL, including ongoing engineering support.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes and technology that support new product development.
  • •Perform BOM structuring and BOM risk management.
  • •Partner with hardware, mechanical, and electrical engineering to resolve Dfx issues before product release.
  • •Drive and participate in design and manufacturing FMEA, and lead/participate in NPI and sustaining product quality issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) plus 6+ years of related experience.
  • •Understanding of design concepts and engineering development practices, including CAD-based troubleshooting down to mechanical part level.
  • •Experience with CREO and CAD tools, plus knowledge of manufacturing processes and tolerances.
  • •Proven ability to work in a team and multitask across competing priorities.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
