Sr. Manager-Pricing Promotion

Develop and lead pricing strategy and promotion pricing processes for all MAF Retail operating countries. Monitor and analyze department profitability by pricing approach across zones/clusters, ensure pricing objectives are achieved, and take corrective actions based on financial impact. Guide other countries and UAE management on pricing strategies, manage promotion pricing recommendations for merchandising teams, and coordinate pricing surveys and competitor sets while acting as a mediator between consultants and stakeholders.
