Job Summary

Set up and support hot die forging operations in the Irvine, CA Forged Products division, assisting press operators with tasks that produce aerospace jet engine components. Prepare metal stock and dies, extract hot forgings, wire thermocouples, and maintain quality assurance and part tracking documentation. Operate a forklift safely and follow written work instructions, working with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare metal stock for forging, position hot metal stock on hot dies, and extract hot forgings from dies.

•Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
