Commercial Services Representative I

Handle commercial customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and explaining products and policies. Serve as the main point of contact for Premier and Core clients, routing escalations to the right departments for resolution. Provide initial support for key commercial services (e.g., Wire, ACH, Lockbox, Vault Services) and create CRM service requests while following confidentiality and call center performance standards.
