Job Summary

Drive measurable client value through execution-focused program management within the Advisors Deploy capability. Lead multiple clients to grow B2B portfolios, manage multi-workstream transformations, and help deliver new products and strategies to market. Apply change and project management methodologies to support implementation, adoption, and value realization, while conducting analytical work to shape go-to-market strategies and optimize clients’ payments processes and virtual card spend.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategically lead multiple clients to grow their B2B portfolio and maintain accounts, gathering information and tracking metrics.
•Deliver new products and strategies to market smoothly by managing complex, transformation programs.
•Partner with stakeholders (Issuers, Corporations, Suppliers, and enablement teams) to strengthen internal client skills and processes.
•Plan and manage multi-workstream program delivery, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and reporting risks and progress.
•Conduct analytical work using Mastercard tools to develop go-to-market strategies and optimize payments processes, driving virtual card spend.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 221,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering large, complex projects/programs in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
•Formal training in project and change management methodologies (accreditation in PM/PMO/Change/Service management is an advantage).
•Ability to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery across multiple disciplines and geographies.
•B2B payments experience required; B2B supplier enablement experience is highly preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; professional accreditation such as PMP desirable.
