Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedules and prepare supplies and PPE before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned service area and provide scheduled preventative/diagnostic services.
  • •Perform blood draws using phlebotomy skills and support Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Document each visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 24 - 28 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
