Key Responsibilities

•Category Strategy & Leadership: Translate SEA Team Sports category direction into seasonal Basketball, Motorsports and Football priorities, franchise focus, and commercial opportunities.
•Franchise & Range Management: Support franchise planning and lifecycle management across key Team Sports franchises and track KPIs including growth, productivity, and performance.
•Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Brand Activation, Commercial and GTM teams; enable clear visibility of priorities and market feedback.
•Consumer & Market Insights: Monitor trends and translate insights into actionable category recommendations and growth opportunities.
•People & Stakeholder Leadership: Build strong relationships across regional/global teams and demonstrate ownership and a consumer-first mindset.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of experience in merchandising, category, product, or commercial functions, ideally within sportswear or consumer brands.
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
•Understanding of assortment planning, pricing logic, and category performance tracking.
•Experience working within seasonal GTM milestones is a plus.
•Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
