Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of experience in the insurance industry, business, government or agribusiness (preferred).
  • •Farm, agribusiness and/or commercial lines sales and/or underwriting experience.
  • •Strong relationship management with customers, field sales, and office personnel.
  • •Demonstrated ability to reach or exceed sales goals and communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
  • •Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation highly desired; meet state P&C sales/licensing requirements for the assigned jurisdiction.
