Job Summary

Lead marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the CAA markets, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing priorities with business goals. Oversee regional marketing teams and agency partnerships to drive revenue generation, transactions, payment volume, and market-share growth across physical and card-not-present environments. Own country-level investments and initiative assessment using KPIs (including MROI), lead market research and competitive monitoring, and strengthen client co-op and sponsorship efforts while safeguarding Visa brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cluster and country-level marketing initiatives and investments, ensuring strategies and plans align to business and marketing objectives.
•Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to meet business requirements and drive profit and revenue.
•Analyze marketing effectiveness, ensure only effective campaigns continue, and evaluate results against KPIs including MROI.
•Manage regional budgets, compliance with rules and policies, and agency relationships (briefings, reviews, and contractual delivery).
•Provide marketing support to client banks, including co-op strategies, value-added services via value-in-kind marketing, and sponsorship activations.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of senior marketing (and preferably) general management experience in fast-moving consumer goods, banking/financial services, or high-tech industries.
•Global and/or regional senior marketing responsibility across a range of channels and businesses.
•Strong track record managing external agencies and developing effective through-the-line campaign materials.
•Experience with business acumen and P&L management.
•Exceptional leadership and strategic/analytical skills, including using quantitative models.
